TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Webb Supply ships all Ecommerce orders through UPS. Once the shipping label has been created for your order, an email will be sent to you with a tracking number you can use to get minute-by-minute updates. Get updated tracking information by clicking here.
ALL DELIVERY OPTIONS
Webb Supply offers a variety of order fulfillment options ranging from shipping to will call. Available options include:
  • UPS Ground
  • UPS 2nd Day Air
  • UPS Next Day Air
  • Will Call (choose from any of our branches)
  • Webb Supply Truck (Only applies to customers within our deliverable area)
  • Freight (For orders outside of our deliverable area)
EXPEDITED ORDERS
Webb Supply offers expedited shipping for items that are in stock only. Any order with expedited shipping methods (UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air) must be received by 2 PM. Expedited orders received after 2 PM will be shipped the following business day. Please note, expedited methods refer to the duration of days to receive the order from the time of shipping. If an order is placed at 3 PM on Friday with 2nd Day Air, the order will be received on Wednesday. Two full business days after the order ships.
FREIGHT ORDERS
Orders over 150 pounds are typically not eligible for UPS ground or expedited shipping. These orders will be sent either by freight carrier or Webb Supply truck.
WEBB SUPPLY TRUCK
Orders within our deliverable area will be sent on our Webb Supply truck to save you money. All orders with Webb Truck delivery must be submitted by 2 P.M. to be eligible for next day delivery.
FREIGHT
Orders over 150 pounds that are outside of Webb Supply’s deliverable will be shipped by freight. Additional charges may apply.
DELIVERABLE AREA
Webb Supply blankets North-East Ohio and Western Pennsylvania with our six locations. Our network allows us to deliver the products you need locally without outrageous freight fees. Customers outside of our deliverable area can still get quality products by ordering online. Webb Supply ships all E-Commerce orders out of our Euclid, Ohio headquarters.

Webb Supply can deliver orders up to 1 hour outside of our branch location. With all six locations combined, we can efficiently deliver items between Toledo, Oh to Erie, PA, and as far south as Ashland, Ohio.
